This Privacy Policy governs how Webackit Solutions S.R.L. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each “User”) on the website http://wordpress-pricing.com .

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When visitors complete a form on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We use this data strictly for customer service purposes. However, some forms are built specifically for marketing purposes and they will have a checkbox that specifies the usage, if user will check the box we will use that data for marketing purposes.

Cookies

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

How we protect your data

Webackit Solutions S.R.L. websites have created it’s own WordPress Theme on WordPress Platform, we use limited Public Plugins and only highly respectable and highly secured (Like “Woocommerce” or “Contact Form 7”). For any other functionalities we create our own plugins, this way we can make sure we can keep a high security standard and we limit any vulnerabilities on our website.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Milions of websites are globaly attacked daily, even with our high security standards, data might get breached. Because of this we recommend you to not use your real email password when you create an account, in case of a breach this way your email will not get compromised.

In case of a breach we will stop our checkout functionality until the breach is fixed. We will notify you about what happened as soon as we discover the breach and we wil recommend you to change your account password. In the case you used your real password, we recommend you to change it the seccond you see our email.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We might use our customer data to display based on previus orders or previus visited pages or products, to offer product recommandations or discounts.

We also track if the user allowed us to do so (using our own software), on what links the visitor clicked inside our website, we use this to understand the visitor needs and preferences or to discover unused parts of the website and to suggest website changes on unused page parts. We track and store visitor ip adress, browser user agent , links and form inputs clicks.

Using the stored data, we can also help the specific visitor to find easier the previously accessed pages or information searched using our search field. For example, if visitor searched a set of queries in our search field, we can display that information on the search page under “Previously Searched”, helping the visitor to easier find something of interest for him.

We store this data for 1 year in order to get a more relevant information about what elements in our website are mostly used or not. Only Webackit Solution S.R.L. will have access to this data and will not be shared with any other company and the data will be automaticaly deleted after 1 year of storage.
